GIFT CARD GENERAL TERMS OF USE

  1. The Gift Card (hereinafter, the “Card” or the “Cards”) is the property of the entity that issues it, Keepup Società Benefit srl, with registered office in Udine, vicolo Gorgo n. 8, CF/PIVA 02972550301, with sole shareholder (hereinafter “Keepup”). The holder of the Card is considered a mere custodian of the same.
  2. The Physical Gift Card, which can be purchased at the point of sale, is valid exclusively in Italy for the purchase of items offered for sale at the Keepup point of sale and on the website www.keepupshop.com . The Gift Card in PDF version, which can be purchased on the website www.keepupshop.com and in the store, is valid exclusively in Italy for the purchase of items offered for sale in the Keepup store and on the website www.keepupshop.com .
  3. The Card may be (i) physical, purchasable at the point of sale using the payment methods accepted at the Points of Sale or (ii) in PDF format, purchasable on the website using the accepted payment methods indicated in the Conditions of Sale. The Card cannot be purchased using another Gift Card.
  4. The Card can be used in multiple solutions up to the initial value indicated. The Physical Gift Card does not have a maximum value while the PDF version has a maximum value of Euro 100.00.
  5. The residual value of the Card will appear from time to time on the receipt issued at the time of purchase of the items using the Card at the Point of Sale or in the information provided at the time of order confirmation for purchases made online. The residual value of the Card can be checked at the Point of Sale. If the purchase price of the desired items is higher than the residual value of the Card, the difference must be paid using the payment methods accepted at the Point of Sale or in the Conditions of Sale.
  6. Items purchased using the Card at the Point of Sale will be subject to the same general terms and conditions of sale valid for any other item purchased at the Point of Sale, and to the provisions of the following article 8.
  7. Where applicable, the refund for items purchased using the Card and returned will be made as follows: 7.1 by increasing the residual value of the Card, provided that such Card still exists at the time of return; 7.2 through a Voucher, when the Card no longer exists at the time of return, issued by Keepup, which will be (i) delivered by the point of sale in the case of return of products purchased in store or (ii) sent by email to the address indicated by the customer in the case of products purchased online. The voucher will be subject to these general conditions of use, where applicable. The return terms indicated are to be considered essential and, as such, are expressly accepted at the time of purchase and/or use of the Card.
  8. The Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase if purchased at the physical Point of Sale, and from the date of the order confirmation email if purchased online. Upon expiration of its validity, the Card cannot be renewed or used to purchase items and the residual value of the Card cannot be refunded or converted into cash.
  9. The Card is not nominative and can be used by anyone who presents it to purchase items. The Card holder is solely responsible for the use and custody of the Card. In case of theft, loss or damage, the Card will not be replaced.
  10. For purchased PDF Cards, Keepup will not be liable for failure to receive or delay in receiving said virtual Card by the recipient due to causes of force majeure and in any case not attributable in any way, by way of example and not limited to: (i) poor functioning or interruption of telecommunication lines and/or systems, (ii) delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur for one of the causes indicated in the previous point (i), (iii) the inaccuracy of the data of the recipient of the virtual Card provided by the purchaser of the Card itself, (iv) the circumstance that the email sent is considered spam or junk mail.
  11. Cards obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void, cannot be used to purchase items and the purchase price cannot be refunded.
  12. The Card may not be used for advertising purposes or to promote products or services marketed by third parties other than the entity issuing the Card, unless previously authorised by the latter.
  13. The purchase and/or use of the Card entails full acceptance of these general conditions, which were made available to the customer at the time of purchase of the Card and available at the Point of Sale.
  14. The Card merely allows a payment method and is not intended in any way as an investment tool and/or a solicitation to save.
