Keepup Fidelity Regulations

1. Keepup Fidelity Description

"Keepup Fidelity" is a promotional initiative promoted by Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. with registered office in vicolo Gorgo n. 8, - 33100, Udine, Tax Code and VAT number 02972550301, reserved for adult final consumers who have registered for Keepup Fidelity.

With each purchase of products at the Keepup store in 33100 – Udine, via G. Muratti n. 7 or on https://www.keepupshop.com/, the consumer can accumulate points, convertible into discount coupons to be used for subsequent purchases at the Keepup store or on https://www.keepupshop.com/. The use of Keepup Fidelity is exclusively for individuals who can be classified as consumers, meaning natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity they may carry out. Keepup Fidelity is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Please note that all purchases made are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Validity period of the regulations and accumulated points

The Keepup Fidelity Regulations are valid from May 20, 2026, and are not subject to expiration.

Keepup reserves the right to amend the Regulations at any time. Amendments will be effective from their publication on the website https://www.keepupshop.com/.

Consumers adhering to Keepup Fidelity can accumulate points throughout the validity period of the initiative. Accumulated points are not subject to expiration, except as provided for in art. 16 of these Regulations.

To cancel their Keepup Fidelity registration, the consumer must delete their profile. To request unsubscription from Keepup Fidelity, the consumer must send an email to custumer@keepupshop.com, which will result in unsubscription from the website and the simultaneous loss of accumulated points.

3. Keepup store and website

The Keepup store is located at 33100 - Udine, via G. Muratti n. 7; the website can be accessed at the following link https://www.keepupshop.com/.

Consumers registered with Keepup Fidelity can benefit from all associated advantages and accumulate points that can be combined, and participating registered consumers will have a single points balance.

4. Free registration to Keepup Fidelity

Registration to Keepup Fidelity is free and can be done using one of the methods indicated in art. 4.1 of these Regulations.

4.1 Registration to Keepup Fidelity

To participate in the initiative, consumers must register for Keepup Fidelity through one of the following methods:

A) Online at www.keepupshop.com:

Registration to Keepup Fidelity can be done by registering on the website following the procedure indicated therein and adhering to the Fidelity Program by selecting a specific checkbox.

Any consent from the consumer to the processing of their personal data will be given by selecting a specific checkbox.

Therefore, users of the Website who purchase as "guests" or those who do not register before completing the purchase do not participate in the promotional program.

Following registration to the Fidelity Program, the customer will be assigned a virtual Fidelity Card.

B) At the Keepup store:

Registration can be done directly at the store's checkouts, subject to the availability of staff at the time.

The interested party must provide Keepup staff with the necessary data for registration on the website (email).

The data will be entered by the customer with the support of Keepup staff , and the Customer will independently access their Personal Profile with their own device and adhere to the Fidelity Program by selecting a specific checkbox; from the moment of receipt, they can accumulate points from the first purchase, even if concurrent with registration to Keepup Fidelity. At the time of registration, Keepup staff will ask the interested party if they intend to give their consent to the processing of personal data provided for registration.

4.1.a By registering on the Website through the methods indicated above, the customer automatically becomes part of the Fidelity Program and, following registration, can view their virtual Fidelity Card in their Personal Profile, consult their Fidelity Points balance, and convert them into Fidelity Discount Coupons. Registration implies automatic acceptance of these Regulations.

The consumer is required to carefully read the Regulations that Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. makes available on the website www.keepupshop.com to allow for their knowledge and memorization.

5. Ownership of Keepup Fidelity

Once registered, the consumer virtually becomes the Holder of Keepup Fidelity.

In case of unauthorized use of Keepup Fidelity by third parties, Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l.  is not liable for any discounts-coupons used.

6. Verification of the Holder's Identity

In order to protect the integrity of the program, prevent fraudulent use, and ensure that the benefits of Keepup Fidelity are enjoyed exclusively by the legitimate Holder, Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. reserves the right to request the presentation of a valid identity document at the time of redeeming Fidelity discount coupons at the Keepup store.

The request to show the document is solely for the purpose of verifying the correspondence between the name of the Keepup Fidelity Holder and that of the user who presents themselves at the checkout. For this purpose, identity and recognition documents valid under current legislation are considered valid, including, by way of example: identity card, passport, driving license.

In compliance with the principle of data minimization established by art. 5, par. 1, letter c), of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the verification is limited to the visual inspection of the document by the assigned personnel: the collection, copying, scanning, or storage of the document or the data contained therein is neither foreseen nor permitted, unless otherwise specifically applicable legal obligations.

Should the consumer not be able to present a valid document proving their identity, the store may refuse to redeem the coupon, to protect the legitimate Holder. This circumstance will not give rise to any liability on the part of Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l..

This faculty is exercised in accordance with the legal bases referred to in art. 6, par. 1, letters b) and f), GDPR (execution of the contract governed by these Regulations and legitimate interest in fraud prevention) and in consistency with what is indicated in the privacy policy referred to in art. 15 of these Regulations.

7. Point accumulation

7.1 Throughout the duration of the initiative, those registered with Keepup Fidelity, for every purchase made at the Keepup store and on www.keepupshop.com, will accumulate points according to the conversion of 1 euro = 1 point, with the exception of particular products or specific promotions that will be communicated directly in the store or through specific marketing channels that the Company decides to use.

Points are calculated on the total purchase price, rounded down and net of shipping costs and cannot be combined with other active promotions.

For example: a receipt with a value of €20.00 will entitle you to 20 points; a receipt with a value of €31.62 will entitle you to 31 points.

Following a purchase, the accumulated Fidelity Points will be immediately available.

7.2 Upon reaching the planned point thresholds, each consumer can obtain discount coupons to be used for further purchases at the Keepup store or online on the www.keepupshop.com website according to the following methods:

• Threshold 1 - corresponding to 200 points → Fidelity discount coupon worth €5.00 for a minimum spend of €30.00;

• Threshold 2 - corresponding to 400 points → Fidelity discount coupon worth €10.00 for a minimum spend of €60.00;

• Threshold 3 - corresponding to 800 points → Fidelity discount coupon worth €20.00 for a minimum spend of €120.00.

Upon reaching the indicated thresholds, the customer can convert the points into a Fidelity Discount Coupon, usable within 30 days on a single subsequent purchase. If the Fidelity Discount Coupon is not used within 30 days, the customer can request its reconversion into points, provided that the operation is carried out within the same expiry period (30 days from the generation of the Fidelity Discount Coupon), specifying that beyond this expiry, both the coupon and the points will be lost.

If the customer decides to convert Fidelity Points, the equivalent of the Fidelity Points needed to generate the chosen Fidelity Discount Coupon will be reset. Any excess Fidelity Points will remain indicated in the Fidelity Points balance (example: if the customer exceeds the 200-point threshold, reaching 200 points, they will still have the possibility to convert only 200 points into the €5 discount coupon and keep the remaining 20.

Generated Fidelity Discount Coupons can be used one at a time.

It is only possible to benefit from the Fidelity Discount Coupon corresponding to the reached threshold, and it will no longer be possible to convert Fidelity Points into Fidelity Discount Coupons of a lower threshold. For this purpose, only the corresponding Fidelity Discount Coupon will appear in the shopping cart on the Website.

8. Extra point accumulation

Upon registration to Keepup Fidelity, the Customer will receive 50 one-time extra "welcome" points, which will be credited to the Personal Profile as soon as the registration procedure is successfully completed.

Furthermore, the Customer can accumulate extra points, which will be credited to the Personal Profile, in the following ways:

A) by entering certain information on the website to allow Keepup to carry out marketing activities. The information that allows extra points to be accumulated is:

-       newsletter subscription, 50 one-time extra points which will be credited immediately upon giving consent to subscribe;

-       entering birthday date, 50 one-time extra points which will be credited on the birthday.

 B) starting to follow Keepup's Instagram page, following the procedure indicated on the website and/or on the Fidelity section in the Personal Profile, allows accumulating 20 one-time extra points.

In this case, the Fidelity Points will initially be "pending confirmation" and will be marked as generated but not immediately credited. They will be effectively credited and made available 5 days after the "follow" action. 

C) inviting a friend, following the procedure indicated on the website and/or on the Fidelity section in the Personal Profile, allows accumulating 100 extra points if the invited user places an order with a minimum spend of €50.00 within 30 days from the invitation.

The invited user will receive a discount code that will allow them to benefit from a 15% discount, usable only once within 30 days from the invitation, upon reaching a minimum spending amount of €50.00 (gross of the 15% discount); this discount cannot be combined with other discounts - discounted collections excluded.

In case of purchase at the physical store, the Customer must show the discount code received via email and request the use of the discount coupon directly at the checkout; in case of purchase on the e-commerce site, the discount voucher (i.e. discount code received via email) must be entered in the cart page within the Discount Code box - once the code is applied, the system will update the total order amount net of the voucher value.

The credit represented by the discount voucher is not refundable in cash nor converted into money.

Promotional coupons will not be refunded if the buyer decides to partially or completely return the products. In the event that the invited friend makes a return that results in the loss of the conditions necessary for the assignment of the benefit, the 100 extra points obtained by the inviter through the "Invite a friend" action will be revoked.

Coupons cannot be transferred to third parties. 

9. Point accumulation specifics

Requests for point accumulation for purchases made before registering for Keepup Fidelity or after the receipt has been issued or payment for an online order without registering on the Website will not be accepted.

Points accumulated from different Keepup Fidelity accounts cannot be combined: therefore, the unification of two or more profiles is not allowed.

Points accrued at the Keepup store and/or on the website www.keepupshop.com for purchases by the same consumer registered with Keepup Fidelity via a single customer code are automatically summed.

The Keepup Fidelity Holder can consult their points balance on the Personal Profile available on the website www.keepupshop.com.

In case of in-store purchases, the points balance will be updated simultaneously with the purchase; in case of technical unforeseen events, the updated points balance will be visible within 48 hours, except in exceptional cases of prolonged lack of connectivity.

Accrued points will reflect the actual value of the order net of shipping costs and returns made.

Extra points will be credited according to the methods indicated in the preceding point 8.

10. Specifics on point thresholds and use of Fidelity discount coupons 

Upon reaching one of the thresholds, as provided in point 7 above, the Customer will receive an email indicating the threshold reached.

Discount coupons can be generated as long as the user's profile contains enough points to reach the threshold and, from the date of generation, are usable within 30 days. In case of non-use, the coupon can be converted back into points exclusively within its expiration date (30 days from generation).

Fidelity discount coupons can be used in the store or on the website and are redeemable in a single transaction.

Should the customer decide to use the discount coupon, after generating the fidelity discount coupon on the Personal Profile, they can:

A)   for online purchases - use the Fidelity discount coupon available in the cart; if the application of the coupon brings the total order below the free shipping threshold, delivery costs will remain the customer's responsibility as per the terms of sale.

B)   for in-store purchases, request the use of the Fidelity discount coupon directly at the checkout.

Fidelity Discount Coupons cannot be converted into cash.

11. Returns and product exchange

In case of return or, generally, in case of refund of the price paid, such as in the case of the right of withdrawal for an online purchase, the fidelity points previously generated by the returned product will be reversed.

In the case of a multiple order with the use of a Fidelity Discount Coupon and a total or partial return, with a consequent decrease in the expenditure below the minimum applicability value of the Fidelity Discount Coupon referred to in art. 7:

- the fidelity points previously generated by the returned product will be reversed;

- the points converted into a Fidelity Discount Coupon in an order that, following the return, total or partial, no longer meets the conditions provided by these Regulations for using the Fidelity Discount Coupon, will be re-credited to the Personal Profile.

- the refund:

a) in the case of a total return, will be equal to the amount of the order actually paid (net of delivery and return costs, which remain the customer's responsibility) 

b) in the case of a partial return[1] the product not returned will be counted at its original selling price (full price net of other promotions, but without the coupon discount) and the refunded amount will be equal to the difference between the total amount actually paid at the time of the order and the full price of the retained products, net of any delivery and return costs which remain the responsibility of the customer.

If return vouchers are used, the replacement product purchased with a return voucher does not allow points to be accrued on the purchase price indicated on the receipt.

If the consumer purchases one or more products for a value higher than the return voucher used, points will be accrued on the difference between the price of the product(s) purchased and the value of the return voucher.

12. Personal profile

Members, for the entire duration of the initiative, will be able to access their personal profile on the website www.keepupshop.com.

13. Communications

By registering for Keepup Fidelity, the consumer authorises Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. to send them communications via e-mail.

14. Advertising and amendments

Participation in the initiative is governed according to the methods and terms specified in this
Regulation.

Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. reserves the right to make amendments, without prejudice to the rights acquired by members prior to the effective date of the amendment.

The amendments will be effective from the date indicated in the relevant communications to users. An always updated version of the Regulations will be available on the website www.keepupshop.com. This initiative will be advertised on the website www.keepupshop.com, on the Keepup pages on the main social networks and at the point of sale.

15. Processing of personal data – Privacy Policy

The data controller is Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l., with registered office in Udine, Vicolo Gorgo 8, tax code, VAT number 02972550301, in the person of its legal representative.

Upon registration for Keepup Fidelity, the consumer is asked for consent to the processing of their personal data.

The Customer declares and guarantees that the data provided to Keepup at the time of registration or subsequently are correct and truthful.

Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. guarantees the processing of the personal data of the Keepup Fidelity holder in accordance with and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and ensures that specific security measures are adopted to prevent the loss of data and/or their unlawful and/or unauthorised use.

The data provided by the Keepup Fidelity holder will be recorded by Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. and used to implement this Regulation and, with their prior consent and until its revocation, for the performance of the activities referred to in the Privacy Policy to which reference is made.

The data provided by the Customer are processed and stored, in electronic form and, if necessary, in paper form, for the duration of the Keepup Fidelity initiative and in any case for the time prescribed by civil and tax laws.

If the Customer has expressly given consent for the use of their personal data for promotional, marketing and customer profiling activities, such data will be used for the performance of these activities as specified in the Privacy Policy to which reference is made.

The Customer is also informed that, within the framework of the Keepup Fidelity program, point of sale staff may request to view a valid identity document solely for the purpose of verifying the ownership of the Fidelity card, as regulated by article 6 of this Regulation. This operation constitutes processing of personal data carried out on the legal basis of the execution of the contract (art. 6, par. 1, letter b), GDPR) and the legitimate interest in combating fraud (art. 6, par. 1, letter f), GDPR). Under no circumstances will copies or recordings of the document be made.

Any requests for assistance must be sent by customers via e-mail to the address customer@keepupshop.com.

The Customer is requested not to include sensitive data in written communications sent via e-mail to the address indicated above.

Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. undertakes to obscure and remove any sensitive data from the body of received e-mails, to make them inaccessible to managers and/or employees and/or collaborators of Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. and other collaborating companies.

The Customer has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy and request its integration, updating or correction, to request its transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed, to request certification that the origin of the data and the purposes and methods of processing have been brought to the attention of those who have access to them or to whom they have been communicated, unless this fulfilment proves impossible or would involve a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the right protected.

The Customer may also request the deletion of their personal data and may object to their processing for legitimate reasons, although pertinent to the purpose for which they were collected, and for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
Customer requests regarding their personal data, including unsubscribing from the Keepup Fidelity service, must be addressed to customer@keepupshop.com.

To request unsubscribing from Keepup Fidelity, the consumer must follow the instructions in article 2 of this Regulation.

In case of difficulty, the consumer may request support from Customer Service by sending an e-mail to customer@keepupshop.com.

16. Final notes

Participation in the initiative is free. Participation implies full acceptance of the provisions of this Regulation.

It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure that contact and participation data are correct and active: otherwise, participation cannot be guaranteed.

Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt the Keepup Fidelity program and its related services at any time and at its own discretion. Such modifications, suspensions or interruptions will be communicated through the inclusion of an appropriate notice on the website www.keepupshop.com and/or at the point of sale.

Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. assumes no responsibility for events not attributable to it, such as, by way of example and not exhaustive: access, impediment, malfunction or difficulty concerning technical tools, computers, cables, electronics, software and hardware, transmission and connection, telephone line that may prevent users from participating in this initiative. Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences connected to malfunctions of the Keepup Fidelity program not dependent on its will.

Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. reserves the right to carry out all checks relating to correct participation in the initiative. If it is found that users have used fraudulent means and tools or in violation of what is stipulated in this Regulation, they will be excluded from the initiative and will lose any rights they may have claimed, without prejudice to any other right provided by law, including the right to compensation for damages.

In this case, Keepup Società Benefit s.r.l. reserves the right to proceed, in the terms deemed most appropriate and in compliance with current laws, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the devised system and the mechanics of the initiative, without prejudice to any other right provided by law, including the right to compensation for damages.

·       Original Order: Product A (€40) + Product B (€25) = Total €65.

·       Coupon Application: Threshold 2 usage (€10 discount on min. spend of €60). Total paid: €55.

·       Partial Return: The customer returns Product B (€25).

·       Verification: The remaining goods (Product A, €40) are below the minimum threshold of €60 for the €10 coupon.

·       Calculation: The customer must pay the full price for Product A (€40).

·       Refund Due: €55 (paid) - €40 (full price of retained product) = €15 refunded.

The 400 points are re-credited to the customer's profile.
